To Get The Best From Our Experiences
1. Behaviour and Conduct
We want every guest to enjoy their time with us. Please behave respectfully toward your guide, fellow guests, and the environment.

Guests must not arrive intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. No refund will be provided in this case.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
2. Health and Safety
Our experiences include walking in natural environments where there may be uneven ground, tree roots, and other trip hazards.

These experiences are not suitable for people with severe vision impairments, limited mobility, or poor balance.

Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for outdoor conditions.

Bring your own water and any personal medications you may need.
3. Weather and Cancellations by Us
Your safety comes first. In the event of severe weather, unexpected closures, or circumstances beyond our control, we may need to cancel or reschedule.

If we cancel for these reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
4. Cancellations by Guests
We understand plans can change, but as a small local business we rely on confirmed bookings.

More than 14 days before your experience: full refund.

Between 48 hours and 14 days: 50% refund.

Less than 48 hours before your experience or no-show: no refund.
All cancellations must be made in writing or through your booking confirmation link.
5. Liability
Locals New Zealand will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety. However, participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings unless caused by our negligence.
6. Acceptance of Terms
